Move-In Coordination Services
Our Move-In Coordinator will be your personal assistant in coordinating the preparation of your new home and referring you to our various experts part of our Family Resource Guide along the way. From Realtors and Financial Advisors to Eldercare Attorneys, these experts come with years of experience helping clients during their move, can anticipate potential challenges, and head them off at the pass, while also providing discounts on their services.
Take advantage of our complimentary Move Management service, with professional downsizers coordinating the move each step of the way. Receive assistance with floor plans, furniture layouts, packing, and unpacking!*
Welcome Home Club
Our Welcome Home Club provides you with a number of ways to get to know the community and your new neighbors. Sign up for our regularly scheduled New Resident Orientations where you’ll get to meet various department heads and learn who to turn to for any given need. Additionally, we invite you to experience some of the services and amenities that you will enjoy as a resident of the community, including 1 meal per week (lunch or dinner), and unlimited access to scheduled group activities.
Our Welcoming Committee, comprised of our volunteer residents, will welcome you to the community, and for the first several weeks after move-in, they will answer questions and introduce you to the people and programs they have come to know and love. You can be as busy and social as you want to be.
Once you are settled in, our Move-in Coordinator will schedule your personal housewarming party so you can show off your new home to 10 of your closest friends!
