Depending on which residency agreement you choose, up to 90% of your entrance fee is refundable to your estate.
How Much Is the Monthly Service Fee?
Monthly service fees vary depending on which residency agreement is best for your retirement goals and which floor plan matches your lifestyle. Included in the cost is your maintenance-free villa or apartment home, a flexible dining plan, priority access to a full continuum of care, and access to our events, services and amenities.

Can I Use Long-Term Care Insurance?
If you’ve purchased long-term care insurance prior to moving to Laurel Circle, your policy may cover a portion of assisted living, memory care, and/or rehabilitation or skilled nursing expenses not covered by Medicare or other insurance.
We recommend speaking with a financial advisor to learn whether long-term insurance will cover any costs at our senior living community and how you can maximize its benefits.
